The 6th Peripheral Produce Invitational
Saturday Night Main Event: Also known as the World Championship of Experimental Cinema, The Peripheral Produce Invitational is a rock-em-sock-em battle royale’ of unclassifiable film oddities. A handful of filmmakers from Portland and beyond will compete in this flickering film showdown in which you, the audience, will decide the winner.
Last year was the closest and most competitive Invitational to date. It was a battle to the finish, but when the smoke cleared Julie Orser was crowned triumphant after narrowly defeating two time defending champion Vladimir. Will Julie make it two in a row, or will we see yet another changing of the guard?
